Web-based CIP Instructions:

Click on the CIP Button to log in using your 9-digit EDF ID Number and USCA docket number.
Please note you will not be able to login if you are not linked to the case.
If you do not know your 9-digit EDF ID Number, you may use the EDF lookup tool located on the Court's website.

Once you are logged in, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Enter valid stock (ticker) symbols of all publicly traded corporations or click the “Nothing to Declare” button.

Step 2: Review your entries. You may remove any entries entered in error.

Step 3: When all entries have been made and are correct, certify your entries by clicking the “Certify New Entries” button.

Exit Web-based CIP by clicking the “Finish” button.

A confirmation email will be sent to your primary and secondary CM/ECF email accounts within 10 minutes.
